“Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.” James 5:16
We know that when hard times come, you need the support of other believers—even if all we can do is pray. Know that we desire to pray you through your difficulty—whether it be sickness, injury, bankruptcy, divorce, a troubled teenager, job loss or death.
Let us know how we can pray by either emailing your prayer requests or call the Prayer Line at 330.315.5617.

“And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.” Philippians 1:9-11

Calling men to pray ... Fridays at 6:30 am at both the Akron and Green campuses. Prayer Partners asks that each man commit one Friday per month to joining Pastor Sartarelli and others in conversational prayer for the church and for Sunday worship and ministry. The partnership means that you pray for the pastors and staff, and they pray for you.
Praise—words to God
Repent—about character
Ask—mostly for Sunday
Yield—to the Lord and truth
Prayer partners consists of eight teams—four that meet at the Akron Campus and four that meet at the Green Campus. Each person is assigned to a team, and each team meets once each month at 6:30am on a Friday in the Conference Room.
Upon joining Prayer Partners, you will fill out a form with your name, email address, birth date, and prayer request. Your entry is confidential. Paul Sartarelli, Mike Castelli & Jon Platek will hand out their requests for us to pray for them. Every month on your birth date, you and your pastors pray for each other.
As iron sharpens iron, Prayer Partners getting together and praying together builds up character in a mentoring relationship.
Q. What if I want to be assigned to another team?
A. No problem. Just inform the prayer captains and attend the team you desire.
Q. What if I miss a Friday?
A. We encourage you to attend at least once each month. If you miss, go to the next Friday or the next, even if it is not your assigned team and even if it means attending twice in one month.
Q. What if a month has five Sundays?
A. Every one is invited to pray. This is a great opportunity to meet members of other teams.
