Flu Season

 

As influenza-like-illnesses are higher than expected this time of the year, we would like to give our church community some key reminders:

  • Antibacterial gel stations are located at all the information centers.
  • Revised communion procedures have been established for safer distribution.
  • We recommend that attendees refrain from attending events if they are currently suffering from any flu-like symptoms as stated by the Center for Disease Control.
  • The Children’s Ministry must decline the admittance of any child either having a fever within the last 24-hours, flu-like symptoms, or a runny nose with dark discoloration.
  • All Children’s Ministry workers and Chapel staff have been strongly encouraged to attain a flu shot.
