About Camp Carl

Camp Carl is nestled on 350+ acres next to West Branch State Park. The Chapel owns this wonderful camp located in Ravenna, Ohio.

Camp Carl offers programs for young people during the summer and various retreat opportunities during the fall, winter, and spring.

Summer camp provides opportunities to ride horses, experience tubing, race a canoe, paint the rock, scale the iceberg, climb the tower, practice archery, descend the zip line, and make new friends. We offer a variety of theme camps for kids, ages 6 to 17.

During the fall, winter, and spring the facilities are made available to the public to plan a camp experience that will strengthen friendships, enjoy God’s creation, and develop a group’s purpose. Various programs are provided: trail rides, high ropes, paintball, meeting space, low initiatives, disc golf, walking trails, and much more.

Volunteer

Kitchen volunteers February–mid-May, various shifts available, mostly on Saturdays. Help prep, serve, and clean up the kitchen with staff during retreat season. No experience is necessary and we have lots of fun! Contact Monica.
