Campus Adult Bible Fellowships - CABFs

 

Young Families

A Family Perspective—Akron Campus, Room 352, 10:40 am
A group of married couples ranging in age from mid-20s to early 40s who are interested in exploring their faith on a deeper level and discussing issues relevant to their lives as husbands and wives raising young families. Informal with a strong sense of community. Emphasis is on class interaction as we approach God's Word for both deeper understanding and practical application. We support First Glance and participate in a variety of other ministries such as Operation Christmas Child and adopting local families throughout the year. Sign up for this CABF.

Becoming One—Akron, Auditorium, 10:40 am
Mostly young families in early to mid-thirties, we are focused on discussion and working to serve others by helping out in the community. Sign up for this CABF.

Defining Moments—Akron Campus, Martin Center North Room, 9:00 am
Geared toward families with young kids, we’re called Defining Moments because we feel these are the greatest moments in our life, defining our faith and the faith of our children. We love involving kids in our ministries: adopting missionaries and supporting Urban Ministries and First Glance. Sign up for this CABF.

Elevation—Green Campus, Room 202, 9:00 am
Our class is targeted towards young families with a discussion based teaching style. We are a social and very intimate group with tight relationships, and we serve at the Haven of Rest. Sign up for this CABF.

From the Beginning—Akron Campus, Room 267, 10:40am
We’re a diverse group of mostly young families who try to foster a strong sense of community throughout the week, majoring on studying the Bible together on Sunday mornings and being discipled by “Homebuilders I ABF.” We have adopted missionaries and support Urban Vision. Sign up for this CABF.

Mosaic—Green Campus, Room 124, 10:40 am
Our ABF is made up of Young Families who are caring, friendly, growing, and willing to serve! We support missionaries and several local ministries. Sign up for this CABF.

Young Families—Green Campus, Room 201, 6:45 pm on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays
Our group is composed of young families and includes discussion-based teaching. We meet on Wednesday nights at the Green Campus and usually take the summer months off, meeting September through May. Sign up for this CABF.
